Habitual User. The dealer has Advantage on saving throws to prevent or end the Poisoned condition and Disadvantage to prevent or end the Charmed condition.
Special Equipment. The dealer drops 1d4 Brocaine when killed.
Volatile Mixture. When the dealer takes Fire damage, it rolls 1d20 and explodes on a 10 or higher. When it explodes, the dealer and all creatures within 15 feet of it must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 13) or take 11 (3d6) Fire damage. A creature who succeeds on the save takes half damage. The dealer makes this saving throw with Disadvantage.
Multiattack. The gnoll makes two melee or one ranged attack.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 2) Piercing damage.
Sawed-off Shotgun. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/90 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) Piercing damage.
Snort Brocaine. The dealer’s Dexterity increases by 2 and it ignores the effects of Exhaustion for 10 minutes. During this time, its Wisdom decreases by 2 and it cannot cast spells. When the duration ends, the dealer gains a level of Exhaustion.
Description
Brocaine Dealers are shady "entrepreneurs" who hock their toxic wares to anyone and everyone. They are often erratic as many find comfort in their own products and aren't known for safety using chemicals as volatile as their personalities.
