Swarm. The swarm can occupy another creature’s space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a opening large enough for a Tiny demon hamster. The swarm can’t regain Hit Points or gain Temporary Hit Points.
Multiattack. The swarm makes two Bite attacks. It can replace one of the Bite attacks with Burst Out.
Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 0 ft., one creature in the swarm’s space. Hit: 7 (2d6) piercing damage, and, if the target is Medium or larger, it must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC 13) or become Frightened of the swarm until the end of their next turn as a hamster climbs down their throat. Creatures without mouths or with full facial coverings are immune to this effect.
Burst Out. The swarm forces a creature that is Frightened of it to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 12) or take 18 (4d8) Piercing damage as the hamster bursts out from inside it, ending the Frightened condition.
Description
Demon Hamsters are ferocious little fiends who burrow into their prey to devour their organs before exploding out of their bodies. Sometimes they collect in large swarms, allowing them to take down dangerous prey and pick their bones clean. If you come across these little devils, cover every orifice and make a hasty retreat.
