Description
Abyssal Cephalopods: The Inky Guardians of Umberlee
In the lightless abyss of the ocean, where the sun's rays dare not reach, dwell the Abyssal Cephalopods, the fearsome minions of Umberlee, the ***** Queen. These malevolent creatures are the embodiment of her wrath, sent forth to exact vengeance upon those who dare to invoke her ire. Legends whispered among the saltiest sea dogs speak of shipwrecks brimming with treasure, guarded fiercely by these inky fiends.
The Abyssal Cephalopods are said to hunt in massive groups, floating ominously on the surface of the sea. Their presence is a harbinger of doom, a sign that Umberlee's anger has been kindled. Sailors who have glimpsed these creatures and lived to tell the tale describe them as shadowy figures, their forms shifting and merging with the dark waters, their eyes glowing with an eerie, malevolent light.
These creatures are not mere myths; they are the enforcers of Umberlee's will. Those who encounter the Abyssal Cephalopods must have committed some grave offense against the ***** Queen, for she does not send her minions lightly. The tales of their attacks are filled with horror and despair, as ships are dragged into the depths, their crews never to be seen again.
Beware the Abyssal Cephalopods, for they are the keepers of Umberlee's fury and the protectors of her hidden treasures. To cross their path is to invite the wrath of the sea itself, a fate from which there is no escape.
The Abyssal Cephalopod has the form of a spikey, demonic, oily Octopus. Though they are rarely seen, the tales that have circulated of these creatures amongst the seafaring people generally speak of them in whispered legends describing them in colour combinations of greens, reds, or blacks, though it is said they can change their colours at will.
