Necrotic Aura. At the start of each of the Bone Wyrm's turns, each creature within 10 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or take 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.
Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Bone Wyrm to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the Bone Wyrm drops to 1 hit point instead. This can occur once per long rest.
Multiattack. The Bone Wyrm makes two attacks: one with its tail and one with its bite.
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target.
Hit: 11 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target.
Hit: 15 (2d10 + 5) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) necrotic damage.
Necrotic Breath (Recharge 5-6). The Bone Wyrm exhales necrotic energy in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw, taking 27 (6d8) necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Bone Constriction. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one Large or smaller creature. Hit: 16 (3d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage, and the target is grappled (escape DC 16). Until this grapple ends, the creature is restrained, and the Bone Wyrm can’t constrict another target.
Description
The Bone Wyrm is a massive undead creature that resembles a skeletal naga with a dragon's skull. Its body is composed of intertwining bones, with a long, sinuous structure reminiscent of a serpent. The dragon skull at its head gives it a menacing and ancient appearance, exuding an aura of death and decay. It often serves as a powerful minion or guardian, created through dark rituals.
