Traits

Blighted Aura. Plants within 100 feet of the Blighthorn Goristro wither and die. Any creature starting its turn within the aura must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or take 14 (4d6) poison damage.

Trampling Charge. If the Blighthorn Goristro moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a gore attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 20 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the Blighthorn Goristro can make one stomp attack against it as a bonus action.

Labyrinthine Recall. The goristro can perfectly recall any path it has traveled.

Magic Resistance. The goristro has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Siege Monster. The goristro deals double damage to objects and structures

Actions

Multiattack. The goristro makes three attacks: two with its fists and one with its hoof.

Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 + 7) bludgeoning damage.

Hoof. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (3d10 + 7) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 21 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Gore. Melee Weapon Attack: +13 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 45 (7d10 + 7) piercing damage.

Spore Burst (Recharge 5–6). The Blighthorn Goristro releases a 20-foot-radius cloud of poisonous spores. Each creature in the area must succeed on a DC 18 Constitution saving throw or be poisoned for 1 minute. While poisoned this way, a creature takes 14 (4d6) poison damage at the start of its turn. The creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
