Immutable Form. The Gargolem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance. The Gargolem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The Gargolem's weapon attacks are magical.

False Appearance. While the Gargolem remains disassembled, it is indistinguishable from a collection of broken statues. A Detect Magic can reveal this disguise.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes three slam attacks, or two slam attacks and one beam attack.

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.

Force Beam. The Gargolem targets one creature it can see within 60 feet of it. The target must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw, taking 27 (5d10) force damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Collection Crush (Recharge 5-6). The Gargolem disassembles in an avalanche of stone crushing all creatures in a 30ft radius beneath it. All targets must succeed on a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 27 (5d10) bludgeoning damage and be restrained (or half as much on a success). The restrained target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success. (Optional Variant: Strength saving throw)

As an action, the gargolem can reassemble. If the restrained creatures are Large or smaller, the Gargolem can pick them up as part of the Gargolem's movement and walk with them at full speed.

Description

This gargantuan construct was formed from a massive menagerie of petrified creatures from an avid collector. Callous beholders or cruel arch-mages may find a sickening new purpose for their growing mountain of terrified sculptures and turn the amassing material into a powerful new tool to keep adventurers from straying into their lair. Nothing brings a villain’s abode together, like a walking trophy of the party’s mistakes.

The Gargolem waits motionless for its prey and appears to all the world as a garden of large statues and broken busts, until its tremorsense detects the presence of footsteps approaching. In a storm of weaving stone it assembles into a horrifying mass of frozen visages of its masters conquests. A broken symphony of petrified allies clattering in unison, ready to add you to the pile.

A unique trait of a brawling Gargolem is the ability to disassemble at will, showering and crushing the party in an avalanche of stone beneath it. This insidious construct can use this ability to feint death to surprise trespassers from below. Rising rapidly upward, these golems can gather and entrap creatures in a walking stone prison to await their masters.
