Immovable. The Boss Bro cannot be moved against its will.
Inflated Ego. The Boss Bro has Advantage on Strength and Charisma ability checks and saving throws while it has an ally within 15 feet of it.
Legendary Resistance (1/Day or 2/Day in Lair). If the Boss Bro fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
No Pain No Gain. When the Boss Bro becomes Bloodied, his Speed increases by 10 feet and he makes all melee attacks with Advantage.
Roid Rage. The Boss Bro gains one Juice counter whenever it takes the Performance-Enhancing Drugs action. While it has a Juice counter, it must make a Wisdom saving throw at the start of its turn with a DC equal to 8 plus the number of Juice counters. On a failure, the Boss Bro loses 1 Juice counter and must move to the nearest creature and makes two Dumbbell Smash attacks against that creature.

Dumbbell Smash. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (3d10 + 5) Bludgeoning damage.
Performance-Enhancing Drugs. The Boss Bro injects itself or an adjacent ally with steroid, increasing his Strength by 4, Dexterity by 2 and Armor Class by 1, while decreasing his Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma by 2. This effect can stack and lasts for 1 minute from the last use.
Thrust. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 20 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (2d12 + 7) Piercing damage.
Ultimate Frisbee. Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 60/120 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (4d8 + 3) Bludgeoning damage.
Do You Even Lift, Bro? (Recharges 5-6) The Boss Bro targets a point it can see within 60 feet. Strength Saving Throw: DC 14, all creatures in 20-foot radius Sphere. Failure: 18 (4d8) Bludgeoning damage and be knocked Prone. Success: Half damage only.
Legendary Action Uses: 3 (4 in Lair). Immediately after another creature’s turn, the Boss Bro can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The Boss Bro regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Pumped Up. The Boss Bro moves up to its Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks and takes Performance-Enhancing Drugs. It can't take this action again until the start of its next turn.

Description
The Boss Bro is a mantle taken by the alpha of a gym, be they member, trainer, or owner. Once a Boss Bro has created, they become aware of a powerful serum that can be used to further enhance their physical abilities at the cost of their mental faculties. The serum may have other transformative physical effects—odd skin tones, horns or spikes, and/or sharp fangs—hinting at the fiendish origins of the concoction. The serum is highly addictive and may lead to uncontrollable and violent outbursts.
While in the gym, the Boss Bro’s word is law and their loyal fitness enthusiasts are more than happy to obey. Even the Boss Bro’s enemies cannot help but feel a massive weight when they tell them to lift or take off running when it’s time for cardio. While their goal may be peak fitness, their methods can leave a lot to be desired with some Gym Bros succumbing to injuries or worse during particularly intense workouts.
Combat with the Boss Bro is always a gamble. They are likely to to regularly use Performance Enhancing Drugs to make them hit harder and harder to hit as the fight goes on; however, their rage becomes harder to control with each subsequent use, potentially resulting in some savage friendly fire. Adventurers who attack from a distance can take advantage of this weakness to ensure that the Boss Bro's rage is directed at his allies. As they can easily spawn new allies, hostile parties are further incentivized to end the battle quickly.
Lair and Lair Actions
Boss Bro Lair
The Boss Bro’s lair is typically a gym or fitness center with an atmosphere of toxic masculinity. It is typically populated with muscular humanoids, particularly Gym Bros, and fiends looking to make deals with those who desire a shortcut to perfection.
The region containing the Boss Bro’s lair is warped by fiendish magic, creating one or more of the following effects:
Locker Room. Sweat and body odor can be smelled faintly within 10 miles of the lair.
Protein Shakes. Humanoids and Fiends gain muscle mass at twice their normal speed within the lair. The gains are largely cosmetic.
Toxic Masculinity. Male characters have Advantage on Charisma checks within 1 mile of the lair, while all others have Disadvantage.
Warped Body Image. Within 1 mile of the Lair, mirrors amplify physical imperfections.
If the Boss Bro is destroyed, these regional effects gradually disappear over one month.
