Shapechanger. The Werecroc can use it’s action to polymorph into a Large crocodile-humanoid hybrid or into a large crocodile, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.

Hold Breath (hybrid or crocodile form only). The Werecroc can hold its breath for up to 15 minutes.

Actions

Multiattack (Humanoid & Hybrid form only). In humanoid form, the werecroc can make two rapier attacks. In hybrid form, it can make a bite and claw attack, or two claw attacks.

Bite (hybrid or crocodile form only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 12 (2d10+4) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed a DC 14 constitution saving throw or be cursed with werecroc lycanthropy.

Claws (Hybrid form only).  Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit , reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: 7 (1d8+4) slashing damage.

Rapier (humanoid & hybrid form only). Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, range 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d6 + 4) slashing damage.
