Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 3) slashing damage.
Naginata. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 10/30 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 3) piercing damage if used with two hands in melee.
Steam Breath (Recharge after a Short or Long Rest): The Amberscale Soldier exhales scalding steam in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 14 (4d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Shell Defense. The tortle withdraws into its shell. Until it emerges, it gains a +4 bonus to AC and has advantage on Strength and Constitution saving throws. While in its shell, the tortle is prone, its speed is 0 and can’t increase, it has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws, it can’t take reactions, and the only action it can take is a bonus action to emerge.
Commander's Presence: As a bonus action, the Amberscale Captain can grant advantage on the next attack roll one ally makes within 60 feet that it can see and hear. The effect lasts until the start of the captain's next turn.
