Posted May 16, 2025Art was changed from one grey horse with a fiery mane to a red fire horse.
Fly speed is now specified as Hovering speed, which is strange.
Used to only understand Common & Infernal, now understands Abyssal as well.
Hooves fire damage is increased from 7(2d6) to 10(3d6).
Very minor changes to it, and as stated by people above me, they removed the lore about Nightmares being Pegasi with torn off wings. Bring back that bit of lore, and these guys are great. No fusion, as this Nightmare is better stat-wise than the old one.

Posted May 30, 2025The hover attribute means that the Nightmare cannot fall if it is Incapacitated or Prone. (unsure if that was the confusion or just you find it weird that it does have that attribute at all!)

Posted Jun 7, 2025The lore isnt gone. They havent said nightmares ARENT tortured pegasi. It doesnt need to say it here. Especially since the dm determines the lore of the campaign, not the rules. This is dnd, the rules are guidelines, the DM is arbiter.
