This guy got nerfed. The only change they got was the change in Bite. Used to be 14(3d6+4) piercing, now is 11(2d6+4) piercing.
Since the only change they got was the bite reduction, the only fusion option is to revert it back, but that is basically the old Plesiosaurus. Just use the old one.
