Authority Blitzer

Allegiance. Authority Soldiers will never surrender if there’s a Sergeant+ leading them.

National Heritage. Authority Soldiers are less likely to help non-humans, especially in combat. Disadvantages of any charisma roll against them, if not human.

Blitzer. This Authority Footsoldier knows the Blitz Fist Fighting Style

Blitz Punch. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d1 + 7) Bludgeoning damage.

Blitz Kick. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d1 + 7) Bludgeoning damage. 30% To Prone.

Stand Guard. Gives a bonus of 2 AC if the Authority Soldier didn’t attack this round.

Notify. Tells a fellow Authority Soldier besides them to attack the enemy while still taking the hit. The ally attack will have a (-3) to their hit dice.
