Shapechanger: The creature can use it's action to polymorph into a house, or back into it's original form, which is a humanoid. It's statistics, other than it's AC, are the same in both forms. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts back to it's original form when it dies.

Legendary Resistance (3/Day): If the Werehouse fails a saving throws, it can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Attacks: The creatures attacks count as magical.

Keen Senses: Within the Werehouse, the creature automatically succeeds on any perception checks.

Regeneration: The Werehouse regains 20 hit points at the start of it's turn as long as it has at least 1 hit point. If the creature takes damage from a silvered weapon or magical fire damage, that health is not regained and is subtracted from the 20 healed hit points.

Lunar Empowerment: During a full moon, the Werehouse gains a +2 bonus to it's AC, and it has advantage on Strength checks and saving throws.

Actions

Multiattack: When in humanoid form, the creature makes 2 attacks with its melee weapon. When in house form, it makes 3 attacks, 2 Wall Attacks and 1 Floor Attack. During a full moon, it can make another Floor Attack.

Melee Attack (Humanoid Form Only): (DM chooses weapon and damage type). +11 to hit, reach 5ft/10ft, one target.

Wall Attack (House Form Only): The creature lets out a low wooden groan when part of the walls wooden boards suddenly partially detached from the wall and swing at a target. +11 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. 2d8 Bludgeoning Damage (Magic Attack).

Floor Attack (House Form Only): The creature lets out a low wooden groan when part of the floors wooden boards suddenly shoot up from the floor and swing at a target. +11 to hit, reach 10ft, one target. 1d12 Bludgeoning Damage (Magic Attack).

Groan (Both Forms): The creature emits a large groaning sound that grates at the ears of all within it's range. In Humanoid Form, the groan sounds more organic but reaches farther. In House Form, it can only be heard within the house itself, but has advantage to hit due to the sound coming from everywhere around the targets. Continued~

Groan (Humanoid Form): +11 to hit, reach 30ft circle around creature, DC 15 Wisdom Saving Throw. On a fail the target is now Frightened for 1d4 rounds and takes 2d10 Psychic Damage. On a success the target only takes half damage and isn't Frightened.

Groan (House Form): +11 to hit with Advantage, reach is within the entire house but not outside of it, DC 16 Wisdom Saving Throw. On a fail the target is now Frightened for 1d6 rounds and takes 2d10 Psychic Damage. On a success the target only takes half damage and isn't Frightened.
