Death Throes. When the zythar dies, it explodes, and each creature within 30 feet of it must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (12d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The explosion ignites flammable objects in that area that aren’t being worn or carried.
Fiery Body. A creature that touches the zythar or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 9 (3d6) fire damage.
Multiattack. The zythar makes two fiery slam attacks or uses its fire bolt twice.
Fiery Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (4d8+6) fire damage. If the zythar hits the attack, it can teleport up to 20 feet to an unoccupied space it can see.
Fire Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +10 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (6d6+6) fire damage. A creature hit by this attack takes 9 (3d6) fire damage at the start of its turn until it uses its action to douse the fire.
