Blinding pulse (Recharge 5-6). The watcher emits a blind flash of light in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 8 Dexterity saving throw or be blinded until their next turn.
Description
Watchers are weak constructs that slightly resemble bipedal saurians. Its most prominent feature is the central eye in the middle of its head, used to spot enemy's and alert their location to their allies. It has armor plating around its head and most of its torso, but almost everything else is barely protected or just left uncovered.
