Magic Resistance. The bisan has Advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The bisan makes one Rotting Touch and it can use Spellcasting to cast Calm Emotions.
Rotting Touch. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 8 (1d10 + 3) Bludgeoning damage plus 7 (2d6) Necrotic damage, and the target subtracts 1d4 from its next attack roll or d20 Test.
Spellcasting. The bisan casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 13):
At Will: Calm Emotions, Invisibility, Guidance, Disguise Self
1/Day Each: Plant Growth, Hold Person, Animate Objects (wooden objects only), Blindness/Deafness (Deafened condition only)
Shape-Shift. The bisan shape-shifts into a Large or smaller insect (usually a giant wasp), or it returns to its true Fey form. Its game statistics, other than its size, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.
Dodge. The bisan adds +2 to its AC against one melee attack that would hit it as a reaction.
Elemental Ward (3/Day). The bisan casts Absorb Elements in response to the spell’s trigger, using the same ability as Spellcasting.
