  Abilities & Features
Starborn Velocity – Alis' speed ignores difficult terrain, and he cannot be affected by movement-restricting spells like slow unless the caster succeeds on a DC 18 check.
Radiant Afterimage – Once per turn, when a creature targets Alis with an attack, he can force them to make a DC 16 Wisdom save or attack an afterimage instead.
Meteor Dash (Recharge 5-6) – Alis moves up to 120 feet in a straight line, passing through creatures. Any creature he moves through must make a DC 18 Dexterity save or take 6d10 radiant damage.
Evasive Flier – Alis has advantage on Dexterity saving throws and cannot be knocked prone while flying.
Tail of the Comet – Alis’ tail glows with astral energy. As a bonus action, he can make a tail attack that deals an additional 3d6 radiant damage.
Legendary Speed – Alis can take the Dash or Disengage action as a bonus action. Opportunity attacks against him are made at disadvantage.

Description

Alis is an awe-inspiring celestial wyvern, unlike any mundane drake. His sleek, aerodynamic body is covered in shimmering silver-blue scales that reflect starlight. His wings, vast and radiant, leave behind streaks of cosmic energy as he moves, making it appear as though he is painting the sky with the remnants of fallen stars.

His eyes glow like twin galaxies, swirling with the light of distant worlds, and his long, whip-like tail pulses with radiant energy. Unlike dragons, he has no forelimbs—only his powerful hind legs and immense wings, making him a master of flight and speed rather than brute strength.
