Draconic Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target.
Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage.
Tome Surge (Recharge 5–6).
The strands of light linking the tome to the Acolyte pulse violently. Each creature within 20 feet must make a DC 16 Constitution saving throw, taking 28 (8d6) radiant damage on a failure, or half as much on a success.
Wave of Transformation (1/Day).
The Acolyte channels their draconic evolution, unleashing a torrent of magical water in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 36 (8d8) cold damage on a failed save, or half on a success.
- Creatures drenched by this attack have their movement speed halved for 1 minute as the water clings unnaturally to them.
Draconic Hover.
The Acolyte can take flight, hovering up to 20 feet in the air without provoking opportunity attacks.
Legendary Cunning (1/Short Rest).
If the Acolyte fails a saving throw, they can choose to succeed instead.
