Description
Beshik is the foremost psionic artificer and master stoneworker in Urik, a craftsman whose creations have outlasted centuries. His mastery of geomancy and psionic engineering makes him invaluable to the city’s fortifications, infrastructure, and military projects.
Despite his legendary skill, Beshik lives under the shadow of Hamanu’s rule, forced to serve the Sorcerer-King’s vision rather than his own. His mind is branded with a psionic geas, ensuring his abilities are only used in ways that benefit Urik. While he follows his orders, small imperfections in his work hint at a deeper, hidden defiance.
He is a living conduit of stone and psionics, able to reshape terrain, reinforce structures, and imbue his creations with power. He is respected, feared, and watched carefully, his every move monitored by Urik’s Templars.
Lair and Lair Actions
If Beshik is within his personal forge or an area he has reinforced, he can use lair actions to further manipulate his surroundings. On initiative count 20 (losing ties), he can use one of his lair action options.
Animated Stone Sentinels. Beshik awakens stone warriors to fight alongside him. Each construct has AC 22, 120 HP, and makes melee attacks at +12 to hit for 6d10 bludgeoning damage.
Psionic Fortress. Beshik reinforces his surroundings, making all walls, floors, and structures within 120 feet immune to magical damage for one minute.
Earthquake Pulse. Beshik triggers a regional tremor, forcing all creatures within 60 feet to make a DC 22 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. The tremor lasts until the start of his next turn, making all terrain difficult for enemies.
