Translucent. Any creature that doesn't know that the amoebic crawler is there must make a dc 18 perception check to identify there location on a failure they can't find the amoebic crawler until they are attacked or touch the amoebic crawler.
Vile touch. Any creatures restrained by the amoebic crawler must make a dc 18 wisdom save on their turn or be poisoned until they escape the grasp of the amoebic crawler.
Amorphous. The ooze can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Multi attack. The amoebic crawler makes two tentacle attacks.
Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 6 (2d6) acid damage and the target is grappled (escape dc 18).
Description
A wriggling worm, ten feet in length, of translucent flesh. Its head narrows into two ominously long, questing tentacles. These are clots of alien space-time concentrated into awful, ravenous, self-propelled creature that grab and absorb their prey.
