Reaper. When Alliah casts a necromantic cantrip that normally targets only one creature, the spell can instead target two creatures within range and with 5 feet of each other.
Regeneration. As a revenant, Alliah regains 10 hit points at the start of her turn. If she takes fire or radiant damage, this trait doesn’t function at the start of her next turn. Her body is destroyed only if she starts her turn with 0 hit points and doesn’t regenerate.
Rejuvenation. As a revenant, Alliah’s soul lingers when her body is destroyed. After 24 hours, her soul inhabits and animates another corpse on the same plane of existence and regains all her hit points. While the soul is bodiless, a wish spell can be used to force the soul to go to the afterlife and not return.
Turn Immunity. As a revenant, Alliah is immune to effects that turn undead.
Vengeful Tracker. As a revenant, Alliah knows the distance and direction to Nichalaus (against whom she seeks revenge), even if he is on a different plane of existence than Alliah. If Nichalaus dies, Alliah knows (as she will no longer be a revenant).
Spellcasting. Alliah is a 5th-level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 16, +8 to hit with spell attacks) for Cleric Spells, and Charisma (spell save DC 17, +9 to hit with spell attacks) for Sorcerer Spells.
Alliah has the following Spell Slots that she can use to cast either Cleric or Sorcerer spells: Cantrips (at will), 1st level (4 slots), 2nd level (3 slots), 3rd level (2 slots).
Alliah has the following Cleric Spells prepared:
Cantrips: chill touch (necromantic), guidance, resistance, sacred flame, thaumaturgy
1st level: bane, command, detect magic, false life, inflict wounds, ray of sickness, shield of faith
2nd level: blindness/deafness, hold person, locate object, ray of enfeeblement, silence
Alliah knows the following Sorcerer Spells:
Cantrips: acid splash, message, minor illusion, poison spray
1st level: burning hands, disguise self
Multiattack. Alliah makes two fist attacks, or one fist attack and one paralyzing tongue lash attack.
Fist. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) bludgeoning damage. If the target is Nichalaus, he takes an extra 14 (4d6) bludgeoning damage. Instead of dealing damage, Alliah can grapple the target (escape DC 16) provided the target is Large or smaller. A humanoid slain by this attack rises 24 hours later as a zombie under Alliah’s control, unless the humanoid is restored to life or its body is destroyed. Alliah can have no more than twelve zombies under her control at one time.
Paralyzing Tongue Lash. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, range 5 ft., one creature. Hit: Alliah can lash out with her tongue in combat. An opponent the tongue touches must succeed on a DC 17 Fortitude save or become paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Touch of Death (1 Use/Recharges with Short or Long Rest). When Alliah hits a creature with a melee attack, she can use Touch of Death to deal an extra 13 necrotic damage to the target.
Vengeful Glare. As a revenant, Alliah can target Nichalaus if she can see him and he is within 30 feet. Nichalaus must make a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw. On a failure, he is paralyzed until Alliah deals damage to him, or until the end of Alliah’s turn. When the paralysis ends, Nichalaus is frightened of Alliah for 1 minute. Nichalaus can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of his turns, with disadvantage if he can see Alliah, ending the frightened condition on himself on a success.
Description
When she was alive, Alliah Dak'shia used her supernatural powers as a Cleric / Sorcerer to serve her dark god as a terrifying, psychotic mass murderer. Eventually she was defeated and captured by a band of adventurers, including the infamous rogue, Nichalaus. Rather than bring her to justice, Nichalaus slit Alliah's throat while she was bound and helpless, angry that she had held him captive and tortured him for days. After her murder, Alliah's spirit desired vengeance, which coupled with her prolific body count allowed a dark priest to turn her corpse into an unholy, undead union of a revenant and a mohrg.
Alliah is bent on seeking revenge on Nichalaus, but realizes that if he dies she can no longer be a revenant and will become only a mohrg, losing a great deal of power as well as her spellcasting abilities. Therefore, she is enjoying tormenting him rather than outright killing him, while also search for a way to extend the one year time limit on her existence as a revenant.
