1st level (4 slots) casts at 5th level: [Blight] (8d8 necrotic drains life), [Counterspell], [Darkness], [Fear], [Greater Invisibility], [Hunger of Hadar], [Vampiric Touch] (Hit for 6d6 and heal half)
6th level (1 slot) [Circle of Death] (10d6 necrotic in 60-ft radius)
7th level (1 slot) [Finger of Death] (7d8+ 30 necrotic, raises a zombie)
8th level (1 slot) [Maddening Darkness] (120-ft radius of magical darkness, psychic damage)
9th level (1 slot) [Power Word Kill] (Instant kill on HP < 100)
Hellfire Pact (Orcus's Boon)
- Once per long rest, Zespira can cast any necromancy spell as a bonus action without expending a spell slot.
Necrotic Aura (Recharge 5-6)
- 30-ft radius of pure necrotic energy erupts around her.
- Creatures in range take 6d8 necrotic damage (DC 18 Con save for half).
Life Drain Strike (Melee Spell Attack, +12 to hit, reach 10 ft.)
- Hit: 6d10 necrotic damage, and the target’s max HP is reduced by the amount of damage taken.
Orcus’s Whisper (Recharges after Short Rest)
- Target within 120 feet must make a DC 19 Wisdom Save.
- On a fail, they are frightened and paralyzed until the start of Zespira’s next turn.
Cloak of Shadows (1/Day, Bonus Action)
- Zespira turns invisible for 1 minute or until she attacks/casts a spell.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day)
If Zespira fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.
