Sing. Altaria sings a soothing melody in a calming voice in a 60ft. cone. Any creature in range must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be lulled to sleep for 1 minute. A sleeping creature will awaken if damaged or shaken.
Charm. Altaria, surrounded by pink hearts, makes a cute face and fluffs itself up. Any creature within 50ft. must succeed a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by it for 1 minute. A charmed creature is no longer charmed if they take damage.
Disarming Voice. Altaria sings beautifully, releasing musical notes surrounded by pink hearts in a 60ft. cone. Any creature in range must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 35 (10d6) psychic damage and have disadvantage on their next saving throw.
Perish Song (1/day). Altaria sings in a majestic, haunting voice at a single creature that can hear it within 60ft. The creature must succeed a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or fall unconscious for 1 minute. The creature will awaken if shaken or damaged. If a creature is still asleep at the end of the minute, their hit points are reduced to 0.
Description
Altaria is a blue, avian Pokémon. Its body and cloud-like wings are covered in fluffy, white feathers. It often folds its wings behind it, obscuring its back. Two long, blue plumes extend like streamers from the back of its head. It has a short, hooked beak and prominent cheek patches, both of which are white. Additionally, it has beady, black eyes. It has a long neck and short legs protruding from its fluffy body. The feet are blue, with four toes, three claws forward, and one backward. The tail comprises five feathers, the outer two longer than the inner ones.
This Pokémon uses its wings to catch updrafts and soar across the sky calmly and gracefully. It gracefully glides through the clouds, often while singing or humming in a soprano voice. Its voice seems to have special properties that induce a dreamy state for listeners. Altaria can be very affectionate, enveloping people it has bonded with in its cotton-like wings. While normally kind, Altaria can attack foes with shrill cries without mercy if provoked.
