Life Drain. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) necrotic damage. Blacksworn Wraith heals equal to the damage dealt.
Longsword. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d10 + 2) slashing damage, or 7 (1d10 + 2) slashing damage if used with two hands.
Description
Blighted Blacksworn is an undead Dragonborn foot soldier who, in life, was under the command of a Dragon. Now its body is controlled by dark druidic magic. A crown of thorns stabbing into its skull sits atop its head. Its eyes and mouth ooze a thick red sap. One of its arms is wrapped in sap soaked vines and forms a massive thorny claw.
