Magic Resistance: Awakened Owlbears have advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Wild Magic: If the owlbear lacks control over its magic it is considered beserk and for each Arcane Scream it performs roll for a random effect from the sorcerers wild magic table. 

Actions

Multiattack. The owlbear makes two attacks: one with its beak and one with its claws.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) slashing damage.

Arcane Scream: Ranged Effect: The user lets out a piercing screech filled with arcane energy. All creatures within 20ft must roll a DC15 CON saving throw on a fail all targets take 3d8 thunder damage and are stunned until the owlbears next turn. On a success they take half the damage and resist the stun. The owl bear must roll 1d6 each turn on a 5 or 6 it regains the use of this ability. 

Description

A monstrous cross between giant owl and bear, an owlbear’s reputation for ferocity and aggression makes it one of the most feared predators of the wild. After significant exposure to arcane elements the latent magic power in the owlbear is awakened.
