Unwieldy Anatomy. The blemmyah has disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or sight.
Multiattack. The blemmyah makes two Chestbutt attacks.
Chestbutt. Melee Attack Roll: +5, reach 5 ft. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) Bludgeoning damage, and if the blemmyah moves 10+ feet in a straight line toward a creature before this attack, the target takes an additional 3 (1d6) Bludgeoning damage and falls Prone.
Agressive. The blemmyah can move up to half its speed toward a hostile creature it can see.
Mesmerizing Mouth (3/Day). Trigger: An allied creature within 30 feet is targeted by an attack. Response: Wisdom Saving Throw: DC 11, each creature in a 30-ft. Emanation that can see the blemmyah. Failure: The target is Charmed by the blemmyah for one minute. While Charmed by the blemmyah, the creature's speed is reduced to 0. The target can repeat this saving throw at the end of each of its turns. Success: This effect ends, and the target is immune to the Mesmerizing Mouth of all blemmyae for 1 hour.
Description
Legendary men from distant lands, blemmyae are often said to be headless, though this is simply a misunderstanding of their anatomy. Instead of a traditional head, blemmyae have faces on their chests, with eyes where pectorals normally are. Large noses protrude from their sternums, and across their abdomens are curving mouths lined with white teeth like playing cards. Their hairy shoulders conceal their ears, which are under the armpits, lending blemmyae the reputation of being poor of hearing, but also rendering them resistant to being hurt by loud noises.
