While Lolth is in her Giant Spider form she can only make three attacks: one with her Fang Bite and two with her Mandibles. While Lolth is in her female Drow form she can only make two attacks: one with her Spider Bite Whip, +3 and one with her Vorpal Scimitar.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (4d4+10) Slashing damage. On a hit, if the target is size Medium or smaller it must succeed on a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target is Grappled by the claw. A creature Grappled in this way can use their action to make a DC 27 Strength (Athletics) or a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (creature’s choice), freeing itself on a success. Lolth has six claws, each can grapple one target.
Fang Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6+10) Piercing damage. On a hit, the target must succeed on a DC 27 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 18 (4d8) Poison damage, 18 (4d8) Necrotic damage, and it is Poisoned until cured. On a successful save, the target takes half damage and it is not Poisoned. If a Poisoned creature is reduced to 0 hit points, the creature is stable but Paralyzed while Poisoned in this way.
Mandible. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 21 (2d10+10) Piercing damage. On a hit, if the target is size Large or smaller it must succeed on a DC 27 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target is impaled and Grappled by the mandible. Lolth has four mandibles, each can grapple one target.
Spider Bite Whip (Whip, +3). Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 30 ft., one target. Hit: 23 (4d4+13) Slashing damage and 9 (2d8) Necrotic damage. Vorpal Scimitar. Melee Weapon Attack: +22 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target. Hit: 24 (4d6+10) Slashing damage. When Lolth attacks a creature that has at least one head with this weapon and rolls a 20 on the attack roll, she cuts off one of the creature's heads. The creature dies if it can not survive without the lost head. A creature is immune to this effect if it is immune to Slashing damage, does not have or need a head, has Legendary Actions, or the GM decides that the creature is too big for its head to be cut off with this weapon. Such a creature instead takes an extra 27 (6d8) Slashing damage from the hit.
Summon Yochlol (3/Day). As an action, Lolth summons one Yochlol (Summoner Variant). A summoned Yochlol (Summoner Variant) appears in an unoccupied space within 60 feet of Lolth, acts as an ally of Lolth, can summon other Yochlol, and has its own action economy. It remains until it dies, Lolth dies, or until Lolth dismisses it as an action.
Change Shape. As a bonus action, Lolth magically transforms into a Giant Spider or a Medium sized female Drow, while retaining their game statistics (other than their size). This transformation ends if Lolth is reduced to 0 hit points or uses a bonus action to end it.
Cunning Action. Lolth can take either the Dash, Disengage, or Hide action as a bonus action.
Necrotic Web. Ranged Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, range 90/210 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d8) Necrotic damage and the target is Restrained by webbing. A creature Restrained in this way can use their action to make a DC 27 Strength (Athletics) or a Dexterity (Acrobatics) check (creature’s choice), freeing itself on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (Armor Class 19; hp 10; vulnerability to Fire damage; immunity to Bludgeoning, Necrotic, Poison, and Psychic damage).
Summon Spiders (Recharges 5–6). As a bonus action, Lolth summons either 2 (1d4) Giant Spiders or 3 (1d6) Swarm of Insects (Spiders). All affected Giant Spiders and Swarm of Insects (Spiders) must immediately use their reaction to either move up to their movement or make a single attack.
Fling (Cost 2 Actions). Lolth throws all targets that are Grappled by her Claws or Mandibles up to 90 feet in a direction of her choice. The grapple ends for all the thrown creatures and they must succeed on a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 3 (1d6) Bludgeoning damage for each 10 feet it was thrown and falls Prone. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and does not fall Prone.

Divine Magic
Divine Wishcraft. All aspects seek to spread their deities influence, strengthen their portfolio, and seek praise from mortal souls all in the name of their deity. All aspects, possessing the true power of their creator, can fulfill nearly any desire (within the limits of a Wish spell) requested by the mortals that bind their devoted souls to the aspect. Aspects always fulfill the letter of the wish, and might grant the mortal a Divine Boon, or the gift of spellcasting (Cleric or Paladin). In exchange for these gifts, the aspect and the deity that created the aspect gain Divine Scenes with the creature, and they expect the piety and devotion of the mortal. An aspect can not fulfill its own wish.
Lolth’s Divine Boon
To the GM’s discretion, the aspect is able to grant their most loyal followers with a Divine Boon. A creature blessed with this boon gains the following benefits:
- Ability Score Improvement. The creature's Dexterity score increases by 2, and their maximum Dexterity score increases by 2.
- Bonus Skill. The creature gains Proficiency with Poisoner’s Kit and Thieves’ Tools. If they are already proficient with either Poisoner’s Kit or Thieves’ Tools, then they gain Proficiency in a different set of Artisan’s Tools of their choice.
- Weapon Mastery. The creature gains Proficiency with Whips and they can use the Whips mastery property.
Divine Scenes
The aspect and the deity that created the aspect are able to see and hear through the eyes and ears of any creature that they have granted a Wish to, given their Divine Boon to, or has been gifted spellcasting through them.
