Sin of Gluttony. Anyone who comes within 30 feet must make a DC 13 Wisdom save at the start of their turn or be overcome with an uncontrollable urge to consume something (rations, potions, even raw flesh). On a failure, they waste their action indulging, healing 2d6 HP, but reducing their max HP by the same amount.
Feast of the Damned. As Valtorin falls below 25% HP, he lets out a scream of pure hunger. The room begins collapsing, forcing players to finish him quickly or escape.
Hunger Strike (Multiattack) 3 attacks per turn: Two claw attacks (2d10+6 slashing) and one bite attack (3d12 piercing). 15ft range
Abyssal Consumption. The entire room darkens, and players hear the whispers of past victims. Valtorin opens his titanic maw, sucking everything toward him like a black hole. Everyone within 40 feet must make a DC 16 Strength Save or be dragged into his mouth. On a failure, they take 2d12 necrotic damage and are pulled into his stomach the player takes 2d8 acid damage per round until they cut their way out (30 HP needed). 60ft range
Indulgence’s Gift. Forces a player to consume something (even an ally's flesh). They must make a DC 13 Con save or take 2d10 necrotic damage, healing Valtorin for half.
Voracious Maw. He slams the ground, creating a 10-foot-wide fissure that pulls everything toward him (DC 15 Strength save to resist) Creatures that fail are pulled 20 ft. closer and take 2d8 bludgeoning damage.
Description
Valtorin lets out a deafening, gurgling roar, his bloated body splitting open, revealing a cavernous mouth of writhing, snapping teeth. His form collapses into a gigantic, slithering maw of flesh and tendrils, consuming everything in its path.
