False Appearance. While the messenger remains motionless and isn't flying, it is indistinguishable from a normal amulet.
Playback. The final messenger can use its action to play a recorded message.
Record Message. The final messenger can record a message of up to 25 words and a single image
Dash or Disengage. The final messenger may take a dash or disengage action on each of its turns as a bonus action.
Shocking Defense. If the final messenger is touched, grappled, or subjected to a melee attack it can use its reaction to release an electric shock. In this case, the attacker takes 1d8 lightning damage, and it can't take reactions until the start of its next turn. In the case of an ongoing grapple, the final messenger can repeat this reaction each turn.
Description
Appearing like an amulet or docent, the final messenger can be used to record information. The user can then send the messenger to any location the messenger knows, and order the message delivered. The messenger can recognize creatures it is introduced to and places it has been.
