Slam: Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 3d6 + 5 necrotic damage.
Ash Blast (Recharge 5-6): Ranged Weapon Attack: range 20 ft. circle, multiple targets. Hit: 10d4 + 4 necrotic damage. The elemental explodes into a maelstrom of ash spinning around, picking up small items on the ground, and reforms at the end of its turn.
Description
Appearance: The elemental appears to be a swirling vortex of ash, dust, and small pebbles and rocks. It has no definite form.
Air Based: It is said an Ash Elemental is formed when an Air Elemental somehow finds itself in the Fire Plane. After 1d4 hours, they will collapse into a pile of ash, taking that same amount of time to form into the Ash Elemental.
Fire Bond: Just as how with fire, eventually comes ash, an Ash Elemental is hardly ever seen without a Fire Elemental.
