Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the warlock fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Marshall Undead. Undead creatures of the warlock's choice within 60 feet have Advantage on attack rolls and saving throws, unless the warlock has the Incapacitated condition.
Multiattack. The warlock makes three attacks using Mist Strike. It can replace one attack with A). a use of Spellcasting to cast Life Transference, or B). a use of Dominate Undead.
Mist Strike. Melee or Ranged Attack Roll: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 120 ft. Hit: 27 (4d10 + 5) Thunder damage, and the warlock has the Invisible condition to the target until the end of the warlock's next turn, or until it makes an attack roll or casts a spell.
Dominate Undead. Charisma Saving Throw: DC 18, an Undead creature of CR 5 or lower within 60 feet. Failure: The target is under the warlock's control.
The warlock can have no more than seven creatures under its control at a time and can communicate telepathically with any creature under its control.
Spellcasting. The warlock casts one of the following spells. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks).
At Will: Detect Magic, Dispel Magic, Life Transference, Phantom Steed, Spider Climb, Suggestion
1/Short or Long Rest Each: Circle of Death, Etherealness, Hunger of Hadar (level 7 version), Mass Cure Wounds, Mislead, Summon Undead (level 8 version)
Siphon (Recharge 5-6). Immediately after warlock hits with an attack roll, it causes the target to take an additional 27 (4d10 + 5) Necrotic damage. The warlock regains hit points equal to the Necrotic damage dealt.
Deflect Attacks (Recharge 5-6). Trigger: The warlock is hit by an attack. Response: The attack's damage is reduced by 42 (4d10 + 20). If the attack's damage is reduced to 0, the warlock can create the following effect. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, one creature within 60 feet. Failure: 38 (6d10 + 5) Thunder damage. Success: Half damage.
Legendary Action Uses: 3. Immediately after another creature’s turn, the warlock can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The warlock regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Attack. The warlock makes one attack using Mist Strike.
Cloud's Jaunt. The warlock casts Misty Step, then gains the Invisible until it makes an attack or casts a spell. The warlock can't take this action again until the start of its next turn.
Shatter. The warlock casts Shatter, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
