Whispered Words. Once per short or long rest, Zaccari can cast Suggestion (DC 15).

Slippery Mind. Zaccari has advantage on saving throws against being charmed.

Silent Link. Zaccari has limited telepathic communication. He can mentally communicate with any creature within 120 feet that understands at least one language. The creature can respond telepathically, but only in brief phrases (one sentence at a time).

Mind Dagger (Recharge 5-6). Zaccari targets one creature within 30 feet, forcing them to make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or take 14 (4d6) psychic damage and be frightened until the end of their next turn.

Mental Warning (1/Day). Zaccari can send a short telepathic message (up to 15 words) to a creature within 500 feet. The message is clear but can be cut off mid-thought if over the limit. The creature instinctively knows the sender but cannot respond unless they have their own telepathic ability.
