Black Draconic Stalker

Tru3_5ight2_Ban3.  They are Immune to True sight from the Athenians influence on the blood line

True Invisibility. They are Vanta black, while in the dark of any kind they are invisible. if any light is present this becomes useless.

Fast Learner. They have advantage on WIS and INT saving throws.

Proto Wings. They have vanta black feathered wings, allowing gliding but not flight.

Amphibious. The dragon can breathe air and water

Claw- They swing at you dealing 5D8 slashing dmg.(10ft) DC 16 Dex  saving throw. on succus take half dmg.

Bite- They go to bite you dealing 8D10 Piercing dmg.(15ft) DC 17 Dex saving throw. on succus take half dmg.

Tail sweep- They turn 180 slamming there tail into the enemy dealing 6D8 Bludgeoning dmg(25ft) DC 21 Dex saving throw. on succus take No dmg.

Lunge- They lunge forward and land on an enemy knocking them prone(70ft) DC 20 saving throw on succus don't get knocked prone.

Poisonous Mist(Recharge 2)- They Let Poisonous mist fall out of there mouth surrounding the area(10D10 Poison dmg when ending turn in the mist)

Acid Breath (Recharge 5–6). Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 22, each creature in a 90-foot-long, 10-foot-wide Line. Failure: 67 (15d8) Acid damage. Success: Half damage.

Multi attack(4/day)- you Lunge at an enemy or release Poisonous mist then make two claw attacks(5d8 X2 slashing) and a bite attack(8D10 Piercing). 

Spellcasting. The dragon casts one of the following spells, requiring no Material components and using Charisma as the spellcasting ability (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit with spell attacks):

At Will: Detect Magic, Fear, Melf’s Acid Arrow (level 4 version)
1/Day Each: Create Undead, Speak with Dead, Vitriolic Sphere (level 5 version)

Dash(8/day)- You dash 100ft in any direction.

Sky Dash(4/day)- you dash into the sky upwards of 50 ft, then slam down to the ground making a 60ft circle shockwave dealing 4D8 force dmg on a succus DC 24 DEX saving, on failure take 10D10 force dmg

.Dodge(8/day)-  You can doge an attack.

Spit(3/day)- after taking damage you spit poison at your attacker dealing 6D6 poison dmg. DC 26 Dex saving throw

Legendary Resistance(2/day)- auto win a roll on a failure.

Cloud of Insects. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 21, one creature the dragon can see within 120 feet. Failure: 33 (6d10) Poison damage, and the target has Disadvantage on saving throws to maintain Concentration until the end of its next turn. Failure or Success: The dragon can’t take this action again until the start of its next turn.

Frightful Presence. The dragon uses Spellcasting to cast Fear. The dragon can’t take this action again until the start of its next turn.

Acidic Crash(1/day)- you dash into the sky upwards of 50 ft, then slam down to the ground making a 60ft circle shockwave dealing 4D8 force dmg on a succus DC 24 DEX saving, on failure take 10D10 force dmg. when coming towards the ground release a Acid breath, 10D10 Acid damage, DC23 Dex save, on succus take no dmg. Any Non magical objects in the area Melt.
