Probing Telepathy. If a creature communicates telepathically with the Vomulus, the Vomulus learns the creature’s greatest desires if the Vomulus can see the creature

Etherealness. The hag magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa. To do so, the hag must have a heartstone in her possession.

Dreamscape. The Vomulus can force the players into a dream. Their bodies will do whatever actions they take in the dream. The Vomulus does not have full control however, the illusion will slip the longer the players are in it. A protection from good and evil spell cast on the target prevents this contact, as does a magic circle.

 

Actions

Multiattack. The Vomulus makes two attacks.

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit 2d6 + 3 bludgeon damage. 

Bite. melee weapon attack: + 5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. hit 2d8 + 3 piercing damage. if the target is small it must succeed on either a DC 15 strength or dexterity saving throw or be grappled.

Ethereal Torture. twice every long rest the Vomulus can affect a single target from the ethereal plane. The players must succeed a DC 15 wisdom save or take 1D12 +  psychic damage. On a succeeded save the targets take half damage.
