Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the Zombie Half-Dragon to 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution saving throw with a DC of 5 + the damage taken, unless the damage is radiant or from a critical hit. On a success, the Zombie Half-Dragon drops to 1 hit point instead.

Undead Nature.  The  Zombie Half-Dragon dose not require food, water, air, or sleep.

Actions

Multiattack. The  Zombie Half-Dragon makes two longsword attacks. If it has a shortsword drawn, it can also make a shortsword attack.

Fire Breath (Recharge 5–6). The veteran exhales fire in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 24 (7d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

A red Half-Dragon warrior, brought back to unlife to serve a master who reanimated it's corpse via necromancy.
