Tail Spike Regrowth: Ares has twenty-four tail spikes. Used spikes regrow when Ares finishes a long rest.
Follow the master: When making an attack on a creature that is the same creature that Ares' master attacked, you can add the master's proficiency modifier to the hit and damage rolls.
Bonded: When Ares' master falls to zero hit points Ares can use a reaction to attack the creature that fell his master (see opportunity attack).
Fly: Every long rest Ares can fly for an hour with a mount, without a mount Ares can always fly unrestricted.
Multi attack: When Ares is not being ridden he can make two attacks per turn: One with its bite and one with its claw. Even if being ridden Ares can always make two attacks with his tail spike unless it is a reaction then only one tail spike can be used. When being ridden only one claw action can be made.
