Ethereal Sight. The Paranoid Soul can see 120 feet into the Ethereal Plane when it is on the Material Plane, and vice versa.
Incorporeal Movement. The Paranoid Soul can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 1d10 force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.
Fueled by Paranoia. The Paranoid Soul has disadvantage on saving throws to avoid the Frigthened condition, however, whenever it falls frigthened it gains 2d6+2 temporary hit points that remain until depleeted or it gains temporary hit points again.
The Paranoid Soul suffers no penalties from the Frigthened condition.
Furthermore whenever the Paranoid Soul takes Psychic damage instead of taking damage it increases its maximum hit points and heals by an amout equal to the damage it would take.
In addition, whenever it takes psychic damage or falls under the frigthened condition it recharges the use of its Horrific Mirage Action.
Ghostly Grasp: The Paranoid Soul atempts to leech on a creature within 5ft of it, the target must succeed in a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, with the Paranoid Soul becoming attached to the target´s soul on a failure.
Trembling Touch: Melee Weapon Attack. +6 to hit, it atomaticly hits a creature the Paranoid Soul is attatched to, 5ft reach, one target, for 1d6 necrotic damage, furthermore, the target has its speed reduced by 10ft, and a -2 penalty on its attack rolls, saving throws and skill checks until the end of their next turn.
Inflict Paranoia (1-Day): If the creature the Paranoid Souls attached to with its Ghostly Graps feature is frigthened it must succeed in a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, on a failure a creature gains a level of exhaustion.
Horrific Mirage (Recharge 6): All Creatures within 30ft of the Paranoid Soul must succeed in a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, being frigthened of the Paranoid Soul until the end of its next turn. on a failure, a creature frigthened in this way cannot move willingly in the direction of the Paranoid Soul, and attacks made by it are made with disadvantage.
Unseen Presence: The Paranoid Soul can as a bonus action turn invisible, this invisibility dissipates once the Paranoid Soul targets any creature with any of its actions, however it can use its Inflict Paranoia action and remain attatched to a creature with its Ghostly Grasp while invisible.
