Mythic Actions

If reduced to 100 hit points or fewer, enters a Vengeful Frenzy: Attacks and checks have advantage; can use Tidal Fury as bonus action; Regeneration increases to 40 hit points per turn.

Description

Admiral Soulrend, an undead revenant pirate lord clad in corroded admiral’s regalia, his once-pristine navy coat now torn and encrusted with barnacles. His face is gaunt and skeletal, but his glowing, hollow eyes burn with an intense hatred. Unlike a typical ghost, his body is solid—undead flesh wrapped in salt-stained armor. He wields a cutlass blackened by abyssal magic and a barbed harpoon, dragging the souls of the drowned behind him. Around him, the wreckage of countless sunken ships floats eerily in the mist, their cursed crews awaiting his command. The backdrop is a raging sea, his massive ghostly warship, The Widow’s Wrath, emerging from the storm with tattered sails and spectral cannons primed for battle.

Lair and Lair Actions

Soulrend’s Ghostly Cutlass: +2 magical longsword, deals additional 2d6 necrotic damage.

Captain’s Medallion: Grants advantage on Charisma checks with pirates or undead.

Soul’s Fury Helm: Casts Control Water once per day (DC 18) and grants resistance to necrotic damage.
