Description
A body thief is a flesh golem that has learned to repair itself through the absorption of decaying flesh. The flesh in question doesn't need to be of a humanoid source only a couple of weeks old and in the beginning stages of decay. Unlike normal flesh golems these ones have no fear of fire. Understanding that sometimes controlled fires are an Excellent means of acquiring flesh. Most have enough intelligence to carry bags of decaying flesh to heal themselves in combat. Unlike flesh golems body thieves prefer to be subtle in their actions. If you see a flesh golem with a rapier or a knife you might be up against a body thief.
