Amphibious. The aboleth consort can breathe air and water.
Mucus Burst. When an aboleth consort dies, a burst of abolethic mucus erupts from it. A creature within 5 feet of it must make a DC12 Constitution saving throw. On a failure, the creature is diseased for 1d4 hours. The diseased creature can only breathe underwater.
Water Dependency. The aboleth consort takes 6 (1d12) acid damage every 10 minutes it goes without exposure to water.
Multiattack. The aboleth consort can make two attacks.
Trident. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d6 + 2) piercing damage.

Aboleth consort moves with a slightly odd gait, constantly over balancing as if aboard a boat Their bodies are slightly bloated, their skin is and pale and slimy to the touch. These creatures address under the control of an Aboleth, yet retain enough semblance to normal people to get by unobstructed.
