Traits

Lethal Tendencies. While cult enforcers can be surrendered too, for the entirety of the fight they will assume the most lethal options including attacking through their members to kill you.

Unit Roll. 
Every cult enforcer rolls a d6 the first time they are observed by the party. The number specifies the unit as shown below, weapons in "actions,"  actions, and bonus actions. All other info is available to all cult enforcers.

1,2. Occultists - Dynamic casters who have a variety of esoteric spells.

5,6. Mintils - Studiers of dark mind enchantments. The study has destroyed their mind and continues to do so as their detached soul wanders the endless.

Actions

Adaptable Actions. Consider the value X which starts at 1 and adds based on player level. 5th level or above add 1, 11th level or above add 2, or 20th level add 3 to X. All spells are verbal but not component-based, all are intelligence-based, and any spell not cantrip takes a spell slot.

1,2. Summon Bondbound: Concentration Summon an Xd8 Health, Xd4 Damage, 20ft Movement, Traitless Grey Zombie, Range 20ft. The Bondbound is controlled by the caster on their turn and if they die the zombie does too.
1,2. Hals Curse: Concentration Target cannot speak, Target rolls Wisdom Saving Throw DC (14+X) on the beginning of their turn to dispel the curse or an ally can do it by touching them and taking 5*X damage, Range 50ft 
1,2. Ashbolt: Cantrip Attack with a flying ball of burning black ash. Range:120ft, Damage: Xd10

3,4. Bend Body: Concentration Intelligence Saving Throw For 3 turns target becomes unable to take their turn except to reroll the saving throw against the user at the beginning of their turn. Range 60ft
3,4. Arkarm: This spell has two stages which each take place on a different turn (including the one you cast it on). The user cuts a part of their body (or shaves their skin) taking Xd8 damage in the first stage and then in the next stage picks a target in 120 ft. to take 2 times the damage that occurred earlier. If the user is attacked after stage 1 before stage 2 the entire spell is cancelled wasting the spell slot.
3,4. Bloodpool: Cantrip Summon a pool of boiling blood in a 10ft circle. All targets inside the circle are attacked. Range 80ft, Damage: Xd8

5,6. Welcome Home: Cantrip All targets in a 20ft circle of you witness the endless, your home. All targets individually roll a Wisdom saving throw against the user's intelligence saving throw. Upon losing targets become stunned and take 10*X damage. You take half the total amount of damage you deal to all targets as damage. If this kills you all targets you damaged also become unconscious.

Reactions

The Call. 
Trigger: This cult enforcer is at half health and has not been attacked for a turn or they witnessed another guard being murdered. 

Response: This guard may summon (1d4) cult enforcers to battle in 2 rounds starting after the current round ends. Once used no other guard may use their call to summon more cult enforcers until the 2 rounds are up. 

!!! If The Call is used but combat has ended go to round-based turns. Only escaping or running will stop the response entirely !!!

5,6. The Endless Protects: Use a spell slot to avoid all damage this round but this prevents you from casting any other spells this round.

Description

The cult has a variety of spell casters and going against the cult will lead to them "practicing" their magic on you.
