Description
Zealots of Dewa-Pulo are humans native to the island of Lapal. They worship the Yuan-Ti god of nature, Dewa-Pulo. Once a year the people perform ritual sacrifices in hopes of earning the god's favor which spreads prosperity throughout their lands. The zealots throw a festival all around the beaches of the island, drinking and partying for a full day and night before ending the event with a massive orgy wherein one participant will be selected to die while in the throws of passion to allow their emotions to influence Dewa-Pulo. If visitors are present, they are usually selected for this honor and are coerced into participation with Charm spells.
