Undead Fortitude. If damage reduces the zombie to 0 Hit Points, it makes a Constitution saving throw (DC 5 plus the damage taken) unless the damage is Radiant or from a Critical Hit. On a successful save, the zombie drops to 1 Hit Point instead.

Multiattack. The Belching abomination makes one sting and two stab attacks. Sting can be replaced with Spew Gas.

Sting. Melee Attack Roll: +4, reach 10 ft. Hit: 2 (1d4) Piercing damage plus 10 (1d20) Poison damage, and the target must make a DC 10 Constituion saving throw. On a failed save, the target becomes poisoned.

Stab. Melee Attack Roll:  +6, reach 5 ft. Hit: 10 (1d12 + 4) Piercing damage .

Spew Gas. All creatures with 5 ft of the Belching Abomination must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, creatures will become poisoned and take 2d6 poison damage.

Description

The Belching abomination is a six legged scorpion like creature that is just smaller that a horse. Each of its legs are like long sharp knives. Its body is covered in stitching and is a fat round shape with a somewhat human looking face that has been stretched and bloated. Its tail curves upward above its head with a faint green stinger on the end of it. A man made horror no doubt.
