Aura of Serenity. Creatures within 30 ft. of the Titan of Bliss must succeed a DC 18 Charisma saving throw at the start of their turn or have disadvantage on attack rolls until the start of their next turn. Creatures immune to charm are immune to this aura.
Joyous Resistance. Whenever the Titan of Bliss would be affected by a condition, roll a d6. On a 5 or 6, the condition is ignored as bliss shields his mind.
Legendary Resistance (4/Day). If the Titan of Bliss fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Divine Stillness (1/Day). When reduced to 0 hit points, the Titan of Bliss lets out a wave of euphoric stillness. He is restored to 150 hit points, and all enemies within 60 feet must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or become charmed and incapacitated until his next turn. While in this state, the Titan of Bliss floats in a meditative posture and regains 30 hit points at the start of each of his turns for 1 minute.
Multiattack. The Titan of Bliss makes two Bliss Palm attacks.
Bliss Palm. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft., one target.
Hit: 21 (3d10 + 5) force damage. The target must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed until the end of their next turn.
Euphoric Breath (Recharge 5–6). The Titan of Bliss exhales a wave of rose-gold mist in a 60-foot cone. Creatures in that area must make a DC 18 Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, they fall prone and are incapacitated with joy (they giggle uncontrollably) until the end of their next turn. On a success, they take 33 (6d10) radiant damage and suffer no other effect.
Cradle of Peace (2/Day). The Titan of Bliss causes an aura of divine calm in a 60-foot Emanation. Hostile creatures must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be affected by the calm emotions spell for 1 minute. While this aura persists, the Titan of Bliss and any ally within it regain 10 hit points at the start of their turns.
Legendary Action Uses: 2. Immediately after another creature’s turn, the Titan of Destruction can expend a use to take one of the following actions. The Titan of Destruction regains all expended uses at the start of each of its turns.
Laugh of the Eternal. The Titan of Bliss chuckles serenely. One creature within 30 feet must succeed on a DC 18 Charisma saving throw or fall prone in helpless laughter.
Shimmering Pulse. The Titan of Bliss emits a pulse of soothing energy. All allies within 30 feet regain 15 hit points and remove one condition affecting them.
Smile of Infinity. The Titan of Bliss opens his eyes slightly. One creature he can see within 120 feet must make a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be stunned until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the creature cannot be affected by this ability again for 24 hours.
Description
Balmuros is a colossal, seated figure of lush curves and smooth golden skin, shaped like a lounging statue carved from ivory, sunlight, and laughter. His eyes are always closed in gentle mirth, and his stomach rises and falls in perfect rhythm with the winds of the desert. Blossoms sprout in the sand beneath his folded legs. Flies die when they land on his skin—not from violence, but from bliss.
Though immobile by choice, his body radiates warmth, music, and the scent of sweet honeyed fruit. He laughs not at jokes, but at existence. His voice, if ever heard, is a harmonious chord that induces euphoria, even as the earth trembles beneath it.
Mortals have worshipped him as a god of feasts, festivals, fertility, and endings. Those who approach with hostility find their weapons falling from their hands… then their hatred… then, finally, their names.
Personality & Behavior:
-
Speaks in soft rhymes and endless compliments, even in battle.
-
Will not strike first, and does not move unless deeply offended.
-
Greets players as old friends—even if it’s their first meeting.
-
May offer philosophical puzzles or ask if they want a hug before combat begins.
-
Treats combat as a game, not a punishment.
Motivation:
Balmuros was once the guardian of peace during the war of Titans, placed to calm the world when it wept too long.
He believes suffering is a choice, and so is resistance.
He doesn't seek worship—but welcomes it. He doesn't need power—but accepts tribute.
Sol once tried to erase him.
Balmuros only smiled… and forgot him.
Aesthetic Inspirations:
-
Buddha-like serenity with Feywild surrealism.
-
Colossal limbs that cause no harm unless necessary.
-
A battlefield of drifting petals and enchanted mirages.
-
Laughter as a debuff. Stillness as a shield.
