The owlbear lets out an unnatural roar. All creatures of its choice within 30 feet that can hear it must make a
DC 15 Constitution saving throw,
taking 13 (3d8) cold damage
and having their speed halved until the start of the owlbear’s next turn.
On a success, they take half damage and suffer no penalty.

The owlbear has advantage on melee attack rolls against any creature that is missing any hit points.

DC 15 Dexterity saving throw,
taking 18 (4d8) cold damage and falling prone on a failure,
or half damage and no knockdown on a success. The area becomes difficult terrain until the start of the owlbear’s next turn.
Description
A snowy owlbear combines the physical features of a snowy owl and a polar bear. When not asleep or hibernating, it galumphs across the icy tundra in search of food.
