Traits
Elemental Focus: Ice
All of the Blue Rhapsody’s magic is cold-based. Its spells ignore resistance to cold damage, but not immunity.
Floaty Form
Can hover and move through creature spaces. Advantage on checks or saves against being grappled or restrained.
Actions
Ice Pulse (Cantrip)
Ranged Spell Attack: +4 to hit, range 60 ft., one target
Hit: 7 (2d6) cold damage, and the target’s movement speed is reduced by 10 feet until the start of the Rhapsody’s next turn.
Frost Ring (Recharge 5–6)
Emits a pulse of freezing wind. Each creature in a 10-foot radius must make a DC 12 Constitution saving throw:
-
Fail: 13 (3d8) cold damage and disadvantage on their next weapon attack
-
Success: Half damage, no disadvantage
Bonus Actions
Icy Infusion
Chooses a Heartless within 30 feet. That creature’s next melee or ranged attack deals an extra 1d6 cold damage and slows the target by 10 feet (until end of its next turn).
Reactions
Chill Barrier (1/day)
When targeted by a melee attack, the Blue Rhapsody can cast a burst of magical frost. The attacker must succeed on a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw or take 7 (2d6) cold damage and have disadvantage on the triggering attack.
