Traits

Dauntless. Walgaert has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

Highly Alert. Walgaert has advantage on initiative rolls. 

Constructed Nature. Walgaert has no need for food, drink, air. 

Levitation. Walgaert magically suspends themselves in air, they can hover just over the ground to 15' at will. 

Magic Powered. Walgaert has a reserve of arcane energy that he uses for some actions.  This reserve is finite and can store 50 charges.                                                 When this reserve of arcane energy is reduced to 10 charges: Walgaert's speed is haved, it can only levitate to 8 feet high, they have disadvantage on ability checks.        When this reserve is at 1 charge Walgaert shuts down, they are incapacitated, additionally they cannot move, or speak, and their consciousness is frozen in that moment.  If this reserve of power reaches 0 the animation of this construct ceases.  If Walgaert is active within a 24 hour period he loses 1 charge at dawn. 

Actions

Zap Cannon. Ranged Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d4 + 2) lightning damage.  This action consumes 10 charge.   

Wrecking Ball. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 7 (2d8 + 3) bludgeoning damage.  Target rolls a Dex Save against a DC13.  On a failed save the target becomes prone.  This action consumes 5 charge.

Zippy. As an action Walgaert can decide to move 60ft

Antigravity Feild. Within 10ft Walgaert can pick up or interact with an itme (or creature) this action does not cost any charges unless the object weighs more than 30 pounds, or the action needs more than 30ft/lbs of force.   For each additional 30lbs(ft/lbs) over this action takes 1 charge.  This feild cannot lift more than 180lbs, or inact more than 180ft/lbs of force. 

Reactions

Shield. Walgaert can add 3 to their AC this action consumes 2 charge. 

Shield deflection.  When a creature within 5ft of this Orb is targeted by an attack, this orb can use its reaction to cause the attack to have disadvantage.  If the attack still hits, the target takes half damage instead.  This action consumes 5 charges.   

Description

These 2' orbs weigh at least 1500lbs however they float dexterously.  They have crystalline ports on every cardinal direction, conventional wisdom says these are eyes.  There is a bigger port that these orbs seem to use as a primary eye, it is a little bigger, this one in particular glows with the arcane energies inside the construct.  They can be found hovering near the shoulders of Netheresian royals, counselors, Praetors, and High Arcanum.  That is to say they are not found these days.
