Spellcasting. Maho is a 9th-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). Maho has the following wizard spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, light, mage hand, prestidigitation
1st level (4 slots): detect magic, mage armor, magic missile
2nd level (3 slots): suggestion
3rd level (3 slots): fly, lightning bolt
4th level (3 slots): greater invisibility, ice storm
5th level (1 slot): cone of cold
Multiattack. Maho makes two Chakram attacks.
Runestone (3/Day). Maho throws a small stone covered in runes out to a range of 60 feet. Roll any even sided die. On an odd roll, it has the effects of the Fireball spell at 4th level centered on itself. On an even roll, each creature in a 20-foot radius sphere centered on the stone must make a Constitution saving throw equal to his spell save DC or be petrified as their body turns to wood. Affected creatures may repeat this save on their turn. The effect immediately ends after a minute.
Chakram. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Misty Step (3/Day). Maho casts Misty Step, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
Protective Magic (3/Day). Maho casts Counterspell or Shield in response to the spell’s trigger, using the same spellcasting ability as Spellcasting.
