On an odd roll, it has the effects of the Fireball spell at 4th level centered on itself. On an even roll, each creature in a 20-foot radius sphere centered on the stone must make a Constitution saving throw equal to his spell save DC or be petrified as their body turns to wood. Affected creatures may repeat this save on their turn. The effect immediately ends after a minute.

Chakram. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
