Telepathic Bond. This undead fiend ignores the range restriction on its telepathy when communicating with a creature it has charmed. The two don't even need to be on the same plane of existence.
Shapechanger. The fiend can use its action to polymorph into a Small or Medium humanoid, or back into its true form. Without wings, the fiend loses its flying speed. Other than its size and speed, its statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Claw (Fiend Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) necrotic damage.
Charm. One humanoid the undead fiend can see within 30 feet of it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be magically charmed for 1 day. The charmed target obeys the undead fiend's verbal or telepathic commands. If the target suffers any harm or receives a suicidal command, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on a success. If the target successfully saves against the effect, or if the effect on it ends, the target is immune to this undead fiend's Charm for the next 24 hours.
The undead fiend can have only one target charmed at a time. If it charms another, the effect on the previous target ends.
Draining Kiss. The undead fiend kisses a creature charmed by it or a willing creature. The target must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw against this magic, taking 32 (5d10 + 5) psychic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The target's hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the target finishes a long rest.
Etherealness. The fiend magically enters the Ethereal Plane from the Material Plane, or vice versa.
The undead fiend can perform one legendary action per round after another creature/PCs turn. Each legendary action can be used only once per encounter.
1) Meat tornado - If there are any food consumables or pieces of dismembered flesh within 120ft, the undead fiend calls upon the spirit of Orcus ("Try the grey stuff!") to begin a whirlwind torrent of flying meat in a 30ft radius column centred on the the undead fiend. Any hostile creatures within the column make a DC Dex 15. Failed saving throws suffer 3d6 bludgeoning damage.
2) Flying saucers - If there are any dishes or cooking implements within 120ft, the undead fiend calls upon the spirit of Orcus ("Put our service to the test!") to launch all manner of sharp objects towards opponents within range (30ft radius). Any hostile creature affected makes a DC Dex 15. Failed saving throws suffer 2d6 piercing damage.
3) Kettle whistle - the undead fiend screams out a high pitch whistle affecting any hostile creature within 80ft. On a failed DC Con 15 saving throw, the affected creature suffers 1d8 psychic damage and is incapacitated until the end of their next turn as the ringing in their ears quickly resolves.
4) Sit down - if there is any furniture in the room within 120ft, the undead fiend calls upon the spirit of Orcus ("Be my guest!") and launches all the furniture at any hostile creatures. Affected hostiles must use acrobatics save DC 15 to avoid being struck by furniture. Failed save results in 1d8 bludgeoning damage, being knocked prone and being moved 15ft in the direction chosen by the undead fiend.
