Great Wall. The Wall of Flesh completely takes up a 20x80 horizontal space and cannot turn directions, except through its legendary actions. The Wall of Flesh is also 40 ft tall. The Wall of Flesh can also move into creature's spaces that are Large or smaller, and, succeeding in a STR(atheletics) contest between them, can push the creature as it moves and deals 16(3d10)bludgeoning damage to them. If the creature wins the contest or if the creature is too big, it takes bludgeoning damage but the wall cannot go into the creature's space. If the Wall slams a creature against a wall, the creature takes 16(3d10) bludgeoning damage on the start of each of its turns as long as the Wall of Flesh stays in its space.
All-seeing. The Wall of Flesh can look in every direction without having to turn around.
Fear Aura. Any creature who starts its turn 60 ft from the Wall of Flesh must succeed on a DC 15 saving throw or become frightened of the Wall. Any frightened creature cannot escape magically via teleportation or melding.
The Hungry. The Wall of Flesh has 10 Hungry Tentacles. Each tentacle has AC 15, 45 hit points, and resistance to acid, cold, fire, and immunity to poison damage. If a tentacle is destroyed, it becomes a Hungry II under the Wall's control.
Freedom of Movement. The Wall of Flesh cannot have its speed lowered in any way, is unaffected by difficult terrain, nor can it be forced to move in any direction. It escapes restraints and grapples with 5 ft of movement.
Ghosting. The Wall of Flesh can travel through solid walls and ground without disturbing the material it passes through, unless it chooses not to.
Siege Monster. The Wall of Flesh deals double damage to structures.
Bites. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 5 ft., all targets on one side of the Wall. Hit: 27(4d8 + 9) piercing damage.
Eye Rays. Ranged Spell Attack: +8 to hit, range 120 ft., up to five targets within range on one side of the Wall. Hit: 13(4d4 + 3) necrotic damage.
Hungry Tentacles. Melee Weapon Attack: +14 to hit, reach 15 ft, up to 5 targets on one side of the Wall, depending on the number of tentacles. Hit: 23(4d6 + 9) piercing damage, 16(2d6 + 9) piercing damage if 5 or less tentacles remain.
Summon Leeches. The Wall of Flesh summons 3 leeches that appear 10 ft next to the Wall.
The Wall of Flesh can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The Wall regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Chomp. The Wall of Flesh makes one bite attack, targetiing one creature only within 5 ft of it.
Eye Ray. The Wall of Flesh makes one Eye Ray attack, targeting one creature only within range.
Direction Turn(Costs 3 actions). The Wall of Flesh turns in a 90 degree angle, centered on itself, pushing all creatures along with it(ignoring strength contests), dealing 16(3d10) bludgeoning damage to all creatures affected by this movement. If this slams a creature into a wall or other solid surface, the creature takes 16(3d10) bludgeoning damage on the start of each of its turns as long as the Wall of Flesh stays in its space.
Description
The Wall of Flesh is such a horrible creature.
An amalgam of gibbering mouthers, corrupted in the abyss, with the power to frighten the bravest of adventurers, yet prevent them from running. The Wall of Flesh's name says it all about this creature. Hundreds of mouths and eyes cover the surface of the wall, and every creature it consumse causes more to appear. The tongues of the mouths sprout their own mouths as well, called the hungry, and they assist in feeding the abberant fleshy mound.
A Wall of Flesh in the Material plane finds great spacious caves underground full of monsters the most suitable for it, as it needs room to move around and needs enough food to sustain its form, lest it starve. It corners prey as big as an ogre with its massive bulk before engulfing and eating it.
